The stack starts at the parcel
Agents that do not know the lot are just chat. I wired research to parcel geometry, ownership traces, and comps.
Generic web summaries are easy and mostly useless on a real file. The lot has a shape. The owner has a history. The comps have a street, not a vibe.
I started pinning research agents to those three things (geometry, traces, comps) and telling them to stay there. If they cannot cite a parcel, they do not get to speak.
This is not a product launch. It is how I want the work to feel when I sit down with a file.
The working name I use is the stack: agentic AI × real estate. It is agents and tools on acquisition and underwriting. It is not a chatbot and it is not a checkout. AI × RE still starts at the parcel. That rule is the one I trust most.
