Follow-up without invented urgency
The loop drafts the next touch from the last real conversation. No fake scarcity. I decide when to reach.
Most follow-up software wants a drip. I do not. If the last conversation was quiet, the next message should be quiet too, or it should wait.
The loop I shipped drafts from the file: what was said, what was asked, what is still open. It does not invent a deadline the owner never had.
I still send the message. That is the gate, again, in a smaller room.
Signal monitoring is the other half. A reply, a listing shift, or a change on the block can wake the draft. Silence keeps it on the shelf. I do not count sends, and I am not going to pretend a quiet week was a win.
