Continuity is the real advantage
The edge is not speed. It is remembering every lot and every conversation without dropping the thread.
The thing agentic AI actually changed for me is memory. Not closing deals, remembering them. Every lot I have looked at, every conversation, every follow-up that is still open.
A watch notices when something moves on a parcel I set aside months ago. A note surfaces the last thing an owner told me before I reach out again. That continuity used to take a team.
It means I can hold more without going shallow. But the follow-up itself, when to reach out and what to say, is still a decision I make. The tools remind me. They do not act for me.
