Agentic AI is my back office. It never talks to an owner, never sets a price, never decides a deal.
People hear agentic AI and picture a bot doing the deal. That is not how I work. The AI reads public records, keeps my notes in order, drafts first-pass research, and flags a follow-up worth making.
Everything with a person on the other end is me. The owner conversation, the developer relationship, the price and terms, the yes or no. If it touches trust or judgment, a human is holding it.
The reason is simple. Prep scales well with software. Trust does not. Keeping that line bright is the whole point of how I run this.
